摘要
中药是我国传统治疗疾病的重要方法之一,在现代较多疾病治疗方面均有重要应用。黄芪属于多年生草本植物,性温,味甘,临床中可发挥固表止汗、补气升阳、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿等作用。黄芪作为使用率较高的一种中药材,其具有多种功效,正品黄芪能够达到治疗疾病目的,而黄芪伪品不仅无法发挥作用,还会造成病情延误。基于此,本文对黄芪真伪鉴别方法进行分析,通过对黄芪的作用、现代药理学、主要成分等进行分析,从多角度给出真伪黄芪的鉴别方法,在于避免市场以及中药房中出现伪黄芪,充分发挥黄芪在相关疾病治疗方面的作用。
Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important methods in the treatment of traditional diseases in China,and has important applications in the treatment of many modern diseases.Astragalus membranaceus is a perennial herb,warm in nature and sweet in taste.In clinical practice,it can play a role in strengthening the surface and preventing perspiration,tonifying qi and raising Yang,consolidating sweat and removing sweat,supporting sores and developing muscles,benefiting water and reducing swelling.Astragalus membranaceus,as a kind of Chinese herbal medicine with high utilization rate,has a variety of functions and effects.The genuine Astragalus membranaceus can achieve the purpose of disease treatment,while the fake Astragalus membranaceus can not only play its role,but also cause the delay of illness.Based on this,this paper analyzes the identification method of Astragalus authenticity,by analyzing the role of Astragalus membranaceus,modern pharmacology,and main ingredients,and gives the method of authenticity of Astragalus membranaceus from multiple perspectives,which is to avoid the appearance of fake Astragalus membranaceus in the market as well as in herbal pharmacies,and give full play to the role of Astragalus membranaceus in the treatment of related diseases.
