摘要
目的:研究在消化内镜消毒工作中采取改进清洗消毒流程措施,并确定流程改变对于消毒效果与感染防控的作用。方法:本文针对本院1240件消化内镜开展,其中2021年3月~2021年8月收集620件消化内镜,实施常规清洗消毒处理措施,命名未实施组;2021年9月~2022年3月收集620件消化内镜,实施改进清洗消毒流程,命名实施组。另外,分别选择同期接受内镜诊治的患者各组51例。期间,统计各组消化内镜的消毒合格情况;分析清洗消毒不合格的原因;统计感染发生情况;调查患者对医院性感染预防的满意度。结果:实施组消毒合格率、患者满意度明显高于未实施组,P<0.05;分析清洗消毒不合格原因,实施组各项导致不合格率均低于对照组,P<0.05;组间对比感染发生情况,实施组发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:在消化内镜的消毒处理中,采取改进清洗消毒流程措施,可以有效提高消化内镜消毒效果,有效预防医院性感染的发生。
Objective:To study measures to improve the cleaning and disinfection process in the disinfection of digestive endoscope,and determine the role of process changes in disinfection effectiveness and infection prevention and control.Methods:The study was conducted on 1240 digestive endoscopes in our hospital,of which 620 were collected from March 2021 to August 2021,and routine cleaning and disinfection measures were implemented.The group without implementation was named;From September 2021 to March 2022,620 pieces of digestive endoscopes were collected,improved cleaning and disinfection processes were implemented,and the implementation group was named.In addition,51 patients in each group who received endoscopic treatment during the same period were selected.During the period,count the disinfection qualification of digestive endoscopy in each group;Analyze the causes of unqualified cleaning and disinfection;Statistics on the occurrence of infection;To investigate patients’satisfaction with hospital acquired infection prevention.Results:The qualified rate of disinfection and patient satisfaction in the implementation group were significantly higher than those in the non implementation group(P<0.05);Analyzing the causes of unqualified cleaning and disinfection,the unqualified rate of each item in the implementation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of infection in the implementation group was lower compared between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the disinfection treatment of digestive endoscope,adopting measures to improve the cleaning and disinfection process can effectively improve the disinfection effect of digestive endoscope,effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital infection.
