摘要
ICU机械通气患者因为病情必须进行外出检查,以明确患者病情进展,为后续治疗奠定基础。而CT检查是一种影像学检查项目,可以明确早期病变,反映患者机体异常生物学信息,为后续的治疗提供参考。但CT检查是一种不能在床旁应用的检查手段,只能将患者转运至CT室中进行检查,而在对于患者进行转运期间,需要使用移动式的呼吸机来辅助患者呼吸,但由于ICU患者病情危重,在外出进行CT检查的过程中会面临非常高的风险。因此,为了保证顺利完成CT检查,需要医护人员加强对患者的病情观察,加强患者的便携式呼吸机管理,为此,需要分析便携式呼吸机在ICU患者CT检查中的实际应用情况,以更好地提高便携式呼吸机的应用。
ICU patients with mechanical ventilation must go out for examination because of their condition,so as to clarify the progress of their condition and lay the foundation for follow-up treatment.CT examination is an imaging examination item,which can clarify the early lesions,reflect the abnormal biological information of patients,and provide reference for follow-up treatment.However,CT examination is an examination method that can not be applied beside the bed.The patient can only be transferred to the CT room for examination.During the transfer of the patient,a mobile ventilator needs to be used to assist the patient in breathing.However,due to the critical condition of ICU patients,they will face a very high risk in the process of going out for CT examination.Therefore,in order to ensure the successful completion of CT examination,medical staff need to strengthen the observation of patients’condition and strengthen the management of patients’portable ventilator.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the actual application of portable ventilator in CT examination of ICU patients,so as to better improve the application of portable ventilator.
