摘要
目的探讨转运呼吸机在急诊危重症患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法该文纳入该院于2017年6月-2018年12月院前急救的60例急诊危重症患者,采用计算机程序生成随机数的方法分为对照组与观察组两组;两组均加强护理干预,对照组患者30例,给予鼻塞式持续低至中流量给氧;观察组患者30例,使用转运呼吸机进行通气给氧,对两组患者的应用效果进行对比,比较两组患者抢救有效率和分转运前后心率、呼吸频率指标。结果观察组患者抢救有效率为93.33%,与对照组患者抢救有效率73.33%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.710,P<0.05);与转运前相比,转运后两组患者心率、呼吸频率明显下降,且观察组患者心率(92.56±10.49)次/min、呼吸频率(20.36±4.19)次/min低于对照组(98.30±10.78)次/min、(24.39±5.27)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论转运呼吸机在急诊危重症患者院前急救中的应用效果显著,可提高转运中患者抢救有效率,改善各项生命体征,控制通气量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of transport ventilator in pre-hospital emergency treatment of critically ill patients in emergency department. Methods Sixty patients from June 2017 to December 2018 with critically ill patients in pre-hospital emergency were enrolled in this study. The computer program was used to generate random numbers. The patients were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The two groups were strengthened with nursing intervention. The control group received 30 patients with nasal congestion continuous low to medium flow oxygen;30 patients in the observation group, using a ventilator to ventilate oxygen, compare the effects of the two groups of patients, compare the rescue efficiency and the heart rate and respiratory rate before and after the transfer. Results The effective rate of rescue in the observation group was 93.33%, which was statistically significant compared with the rescue efficiency of 73.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.710,P<0.05). The heart rate of the two groups after translocation was compared with that before the transfusion. The respiratory rate decreased significantly, and the heart rate(92.56±10.49) times/min and respiratory rate(20.36±4.19) times/min in the observation group were lower than in the control group(98.30±10.78) times/min,(24.39±5.27) times/min. Statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ventilator in the pre-hospital emergency of critically ill patients in emergency department is effective, which can improve the rescue efficiency of patients in transit, improve vital signs and control ventilation, and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
