摘要
随着科技和经济的快速发展,我国的化工行业得到了飞速的发展,由于我国原油进口的多样性和劣质性,对石油炼化设备的腐蚀较严重,像山东地炼等企业常常1~2年就要进行一次装置停车检修。主要阐述了石油炼化设备的腐蚀检测技术和腐蚀的类型,并根据实际经验提出了防腐的技术措施,从设备表面做涂料防腐处理、工艺防腐措施、设备做阴极保护处理、设备材质采用防腐材料等方面分析了石油炼化设备的防腐保护措施,旨在有效保护石油炼化装置的安全稳定性,保证石油化工装置正常的安全生产运行状态,对于保障石油炼化企业的安全运行就有重要的意义。
With the rapid development of science and technology and economy,the chemical industry of our country has been developing rapidly.Because of the diversity and inferior quality of our crude oil imports,the corrosion of petroleum refining equipment is more serious,like Shandong refining and other enterprises often 1~2 years to carry out a device parking overhaul.This paper mainly describes the corrosion detection technology and corrosion types of petroleum refining and chemical equipment,and puts forward anti-corrosion technical measures according to the actual experience.The anti-corrosion protection measures of petroleum refining and chemical equipment are analyzed from the aspects of coating anti-corrosion treatment of equipment surface,process anti-corrosion measures,equipment cathodic protection treatment,equipment material using anti-corrosion materials and so on.In order to effectively protect the safety and stability of the petroleum refining and chemical plant and ensure the normal safe production and operation state of the petrochemical plant,it is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the petroleum refining and chemical enterprise.
