摘要
通过失重法、电化学测试和微观观察的方法,研究了腐蚀速率、腐蚀形态以及腐蚀环境因素对节流器材料的影响。实验结果显示,腐蚀速率在实验前48h内较高,达到0.15mg·cm^(-2).h^(-1),随后逐渐下降至0.05mg·cm^(-2).h^(-1),呈现出先加速后减速的趋势。硫化物的存在显著加速了腐蚀过程,尤其是在高H_(2)S浓度(1.000×10^(-6))环境下,腐蚀速率增加至0.18mg·cm^(-2).h^(-1)。腐蚀形态分析揭示了点蚀、裂纹和凹坑的局部腐蚀现象,其中表面区域的腐蚀深度达到22.8μm,晶界区域的裂纹深度达到30.9μm。此外,温度升高、压力增加和pH值降低均显著加速了腐蚀过程,其中温度升高导致腐蚀速率增加了275%,压力增加导致腐蚀速率增加了62.5%,pH值降低导致腐蚀速率增加了150%。基于实验结果,提出了采用腐蚀抑制剂、选择耐蚀材料和应用防护涂层等防护措施。为理解和防护含硫气井环境下节流器的腐蚀行为提供了重要依据,对提高油气田开发中压裂作业的安全性和经济性具有实际指导意义。
The weight loss method,electrochemical testing and microscopic observation are used to study the effects of corrosion rate,corrosion morphology and corrosion environmental factors on the throttle materials.The experimental results show that the corrosion rate is high within the first 48 h of the experiment,reaching 0.15 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),and then gradually decreases to 0.05 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),showing a trend of first accelerating and then decelerating,The presence of sulfide significantly accelerates the corrosion process,especially in high HS concentration(1000x10^(-6))environment,the corrosion rate increases to O.18 mg cm^(-2)h^(-1),The corrosion morphology analysis reveals the local corrosion phenomena of pitting corrosion,cracks and pits,with the corrosion depth in the surface area of 22.8μm and the crack depth in the grain boundary area of 30.9μm.In addition,the increase in temperature and in pressure and decrease in pH value all significantly accelerate the corrosion process,The increase in temperature causes the corrosion rate to increase by 275%,the increase in pressure causes the corrosion rate to increase by 62.5%,and the decrease in pH value causes the corrosion rate to increase by 150%.Based on the experimental results,the protective measures such as using corrosion inhibitors,selecting corrosion-resistant materials and applying protective coatings are proposed.This study provides an important basis for understanding and protecting from the corrosion behavior of throtle in sour gas well environments,and has practical significance for improving the safety and economy of fracturing operations in oil and gas field development.
