摘要
介绍了MSA电镀工艺的特点,从环保性和抗氧化能力方面对比了与PSA电镀工艺的优势。实验测得MSA电镀工艺化学需氧量为7.5 g/L、总有机碳量为9.4 g/L,锡泥产生率为1.3%;而PSA电镀工艺化学需氧量为235 g/L、总有机碳量为96 g/L,锡泥产生率为4.6%,MSA电镀工艺远优于PSA电镀工艺。通过检测5.6g/m^(2)、2.2 g/m^(2)、1.1 g/m^(2)3种镀锡量镀锡板边部镀锡量、黑灰级别、铁溶出值,研究了不同工艺生产相同规格的镀锡板的各项性能。结果表明,MSA电镀工艺生产的镀锡板锡层更加均匀,而PSA电镀工艺生产的镀锡板锡层表面存在微小孔洞;MSA电镀工艺生产的镀锡板黑灰级别均为Ⅰ级,PSA电镀工艺生产的镀锡板黑灰级别随着镀锡量增加下降;不同镀锡量的镀锡板采用MSA电镀工艺铁溶出值比PSA工艺略低,无论是MSA电镀工艺还是PSA电镀锡工艺,随着镀锡量的提高,铁溶出值都会减小,但是在去掉锡层之后,铁溶出值都会提高。
The characteristics of MSA electroplating process are introduced,and the advantages of PSA electroplating process are compared from the aspects of environmental protection and oxidation resistance.The chemical oxygen demand of MSA electroplating process was 7.5 g/L,the total organic carbon content was 9.4 g/L,and the yield of tin sludge was 1.3%.The chemical oxygen demand of PSA electroplating process is 235g/L,the total organic carbon content is 96 g/L,and the tin mud generation rate is 4.6%,which is far better than that of PSA electroplating process.By detecting the three kinds of tin plating amounts,5.6 g/m^(2),2.2 g/m^(2),1.1 g/m^(2),tin plating amount,black ash grade and iron dissolution value,the performance of tin-plated plates with the same specifications was studied by different processes.The results show that the tin layer of the tin-plated plate produced by the MSA electroplating process is more uniform,while the tin layer of the tin plate produced by the PSA electroplating process has tiny holes on the surface.The black ash grade of tin-plated plate produced by MSA electroplating process is grade I.,and the black ash grade of tin-plated plate produced by PSA electroplating process decreases with the increase of tin plating.The iron dissolution value of the tinned plate with different tin plating amount adopts MSA electroplating process is slightly lower than that of PSA process,whether it is MSA electroplating process or PSA electroplating tin process,with the increase of tin plating,the iron dissolution value will decrease,but after removing the tin layer,the iron dissolution value will increase.
