摘要
高校开设“茶文化与茶艺”课程是针对旅游、酒店管理专业学生的人才培养特点,让学生在掌握理论的基础上,能够将理论运用于实操。通过课程的设计,培养学生具备茶文化知识、茶艺表演及培训、茶事活动策划等能力。“茶文化与茶艺”课程建设的核心任务在于合理构架课程体系,以就业为导向,让学生在课堂上既能学到有用知识,又有可以实践的机会。文章以遵义师范学院为例,通过“茶文化与茶艺”课程的教学改革,探讨扩大旅游管理专业学生的就业面,增加学生的就业渠道。
The course of Tea culture and Tea Art in colleges and universities is aimed at the talent cultivation characteristics of students majoring in tourismand hotelmanagement,so that students can apply theory to practice on the basis of mastering theory.Through course design,students will be trained to have knowledge of tea culture,tea art performance and training,tea event planning and other abilities.The core task of the curriculum construction of Tea culture and Tea Art is to reasonably structure the curriculum system,take employment as the guidance,and let students learn useful knowledge in the classroomand have the opportunity to practice.Taking Zunyi Normal University as an example,through the teaching reformof the course Tea culture and Tea Art,this paper discusses howto expand the employment of students majoring in tourism management and increase their employment channels.
