摘要
为解决农村的高价彩礼问题,本文选取山西省H县农村进行实地调研,运用访谈和个案调查的方法,对该县各村的彩礼习俗进行深入的调查研究。从中梳理出H县农村彩礼习俗的运行机制及存在的问题,并为化解彩礼习俗困境提出相应的治理建议,以期实现农村彩礼习俗的良好运行。
This article aims to address the problem of high-priced betrothal gifts in rural areas.It selects County H in Shanxi Province for on-site investigation and utilizes interviews and case studies to conduct in-depth research on the betrothal gift customs in various villages in the county.Through this research,the operational mechanisms and existing problems of the betrothal gift customs in County H are identified.Corresponding governance suggestions are proposed to resolve the dilemma of betrothal gift customs,with the goal of achieving the proper functioning of the betrothal gift customs in rural areas.
