摘要
在全球减碳和国内“双碳”政策背景下,氢能作为清洁能源已成为推动“能源革命”的重要抓手。加氢站作为氢能在交通运输领域的关键基础设施,加快其建设和布局势在必行。该文总结了国内外加氢站的建设情况,分析了当前“工厂氢+气态管车运输+加氢站”建站模式的运营现状,对比了站内天然气重整、甲醇重整和电解水制氢技术的经济性和优劣势,并结合当前国内外建站经验剖析了国内制氢加氢一体站建设中面临的问题和相应对策,认为站内天然气和甲醇重整制氢技术在当前阶段下具有良好的发展前景。
Under the background of global carbon reduction and domestic"dual carbon"policies,hydrogen energy,as the ultimate clean energy of human society,has become an important starting point for energy transition.As a key infrastructure for hydrogen energy in thefield of transportation,hydrogen refueling stations must accelerate their construction and deployment.This paper summarizes the construction of hydrogen refueling stations at home and abroad,analyzes the operation status of the current station construction mode of"factory hydrogen+gaseous pipe truck transportation+hydrogen refueling station",compares the economics and advantages and disadvantages of natural gas reforming,methanol reforming and water electrolysis for hydrogen production technology in the station.This paper also analyzes the challenges in the construction of domestic hydrogen production and refueling integrated stations based on the current experience of domestic and international station construction,and believes that the technology of natural gas and methanol reforming for hydrogen production in the station has a good prospect.
