融合发展下物流与制造业绿色技术创新的随机演化分析 被引量:2

摘要 物流与制造业作为碳排放最大的两个行业,两业融合发展下的绿色技术创新是实现可持续发展的重要行动。论文考虑内外部随机干扰引入高斯白噪声,构建由地方政府、制造商与物流企业构成的三方随机演化博弈模型,讨论随机博弈系统稳定性并求得参数数值边界,结合数值仿真方法对影响两业协同绿色技术创新的因素做敏感性分析。分析表明:奖惩措施能够有效促进两业进行绿色技术创新,经济利益不是地方政府首要考虑的问题,推行低碳生产运输获得社会公信力是地方政府看重的要点。在“风险共担”与“利益共享”下,物流企业是愿意承担更多绿色创新成本的一方。高强度的信息披露与自查力度是推进两业协同绿色创新的有效手段。随机干扰强度与主体策略选择波动成正比,地方政府展示出了最高的稳定性,制造商表现出最大的波动性,政府与物流企业需要重点关注制造商的消极创新行为并对合作契约进行优化。 Logistics and manufacturing industries are the two industries with the largest carbon emissions,and green technology innovation under the integrated development of the two industries is an important action to achieve sustainable development.In this paper,we consider internal and external random disturbances to introduce Gaussian white noise,construct a three-party stochastic evolutionary game model consisting of local government,manufacturers and logistics enterprises,discuss the stability of the stochastic game system and find the numerical boundaries of the parameters,and combine numerical simulation methods to do sensitivity analysis on the factors affecting the collaborative green technology innovation of the two industries.The analysis shows that incentives and penalties can effectively promote green technology innovation in both industries,and economic benefits are not the primary consideration of local governments,and the promotion of low-carbon production and transportation to gain social credibility is the key point that local governments value.Under“risk sharing”and“benefit sharing”,logistics enterprises are willing to bear more green innovation costs.High-intensity information disclosure and self-censorship are effective means to promote green innovation in both industries.The intensity of stochastic interference is proportional to the fluctuation of the subject’s strategy choice,with local governments showing the highest stability and manufacturers showing the highest volatility.
