摘要
企业绿色技术创新行为的选择与外部环境规制和内在环境责任密切相关。本研究以186家企业调查问卷为样本数据,从微观视角探讨不同类型环境规制、环境责任与不同类型绿色技术创新之间的互动机制。实证检验结果表明:命令控制型环境规制正向促进末端治理技术创新和绿色工艺创新,而对绿色产品创新没有显著影响;市场激励型环境规制对末端治理技术创新、绿色工艺创新以及绿色产品创新都具有正向促进作用;环境责任在不同类型环境规制与不同程度绿色技术创新之间起到的调节作用具有差异性。因此,政府应注重不同类型环境规制的组合设计,为企业绿色技术创新提供针对性的政策支持;企业应加强自身环境责任的培养和提升,发挥环境责任对绿色技术创新的内在调节动力。
The choice of enterprise green technological innovation behavior is closely related to external environmental regulations and internal environmental responsibilities.The study takes 186 enterprises'survey questionnaires as sample data to explore the interaction mechanism of different types of environmental regulations,environmental responsibilities and different types of green technological innovation from a micro perspective.Hierarchical regression results indicate that,command-and-control environmental regulation positively promotes terminal governance technology innovation and green process innovation,but has no significant impact on green product innovation;market-inspired environmental regulation has a positive effect on the three types of green technology innovation;and environmental responsibility has different moderating effects on different types of environmental regulation and different degrees of green technological innovation.Therefore,the government should pay attention to the combination design of different types of environmental regulations to provide targeted policy support for enterprise green technological innovation,and enterprises should strengthen the cultivation and promotion of their own environmental responsibility,and give full play to the internal adjustment power of environmental responsibility for green technology innovation.
