摘要
村庄的合理分类是指导村庄正确发展的关键,同时也是实现乡村振兴战略的基础,《国家乡村振兴战略规划》即把村庄分为集聚提升、城郊融合、特色保护、搬迁撤并四类。文章主要用到了文献检索法、层次分析法、GIS空间分析法的研究方法,并且构建了双层级的村庄分类方式。首先依次以生态优先、镇区辐射、本底条件为分类步骤把村庄划分为四大类,再以村庄发展潜力、物质条件为基础构建村庄分类矩阵,对村庄发展类型进行修正。双层级的分类体系把村庄划分成四大类和九小类。最后以红河州绿春县为例对双层级分类体系进行验证。结果表明双层级的分类体系将使村庄分类更科学更精细化,更有利于把握不同村庄发展的要点和难点,有利于乡村振兴的工作开展以及后续村庄的规划建设。
The reasonable classification of villages is the key to guide the correct development of villages and the basis for the realization of rural revitalization strategies.The"National Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan"clearly divides villages into four categories:agglomeration improvement,urban-suburban integration,characteristic protection,and relocation and merger.The article mainly uses the research methods of literature retrieval,entropy weight and GIS spatial analysis,and constructs a two-level village classification method.Firstly,the villages are divided into four categories according to the classification steps of ecological priority,township radiation,and background conditions.Then,a village classification matrix is constructed based on the village development potential and material conditions,and the village development type is revised.The two-tier classification system divides villages into four major categories and nine sub-categories.Finally,the two-level classification system is verified by taking Lvchun County,Honghe Prefecture as an example.The results show that the two-level classification system will make the classification of villages more scientific and refined,which is more conducive to grasping the main points and difficulties of the development of different villages,and is conducive to the classification and promotion of rural revitalization and the precise implementation of subsequent village policies.
