摘要
在新农村建设的大背景下,以重庆市北碚区五新村为例,总结了村庄风貌整治的思路、措施以及实施等方面的经验,提出了村庄风貌整治规划应当有的放矢,制定恰当的实施路线,并在规划编制中充分调动村民的积极性和自主意识,为整治规划的实施奠定坚实的基础。
With the construction of Wuxin Village of Chongqing Beibei District as an example,the planners summarize planning ideas、relevant measures and the experience of implementation under the context of construction of new Socialist countryside.In order to establish a solid foundation for the implementation of feature renovation,this paper proposes the idea that planning should find the suitable target,programme and the roadmap and mobilize enthusiasm and self-awareness of villagers.
