摘要 在隧道施工专用设备领域,凿岩台车的稳定运行是影响隧道施工进度的重要因素。凿岩台车的液压系统支撑着整个设备的运转,液压系统出现故障,会造成整个设备的局部或整体瘫痪,从而影响施工进度并给企业带来不同程度的损失,因而凿岩台车的稳定运转至关重要。本文结合项目实际情况,以某智能型凿岩台车为例,对某系列智能型凿岩台车的钻进液压系统组成、日常维保注意事项及常见问题进行简要分析。 In the field of specialized equipment for tunnel construction,the stable operation of rock drilling trolleys is an important factor affecting the progress of tunnel construction.The hydraulic system of the rock drilling trolley supports the operation of the entire equipment,and the failure of the hydraulic system will cause partial or overall paralysis of the entire equipment,thereby affecting the construction progress and bringing different degrees of losses to the enterprise,so the stable operation of the rock drilling trolley is very important.Based on the actual situation of the project,this paper takes an intelligent rock drilling trolley as an example to briefly analyze the drilling hydraulic system composition,daily maintenance precautions and common problems of a series of intelligent rock drilling trolley.
