摘要
以自动定位钻孔凿岩台车为应用对象,设计了凿岩台车钻臂部电液控制系统总体框架、阀控液压缸位置闭环控制系统及凿岩钻进控制系统。通过试验测试结果表明:该系统能满足自动定位钻孔凿岩台车的控制性能需求,为自动定位钻孔凿岩台车的设计提供了理论依据和方法。
As automatic positioning drilling jumbo as the research object, the electro-hydraulic control system framework, the valve controlled hydraulic cylinder position closed loop control system and drilling control system are Designed for Automatic positioning drilling jumbo arm. Test results show that the control system can meet the performance requirements of automatic positioning drilling drill rig and providing a theoretical basis and design method for automatic positioning drilling jumbo.
