摘要
针对涤纶面料传统防紫外线整理方法存在工序繁多、成本高、污染大等问题,采用超临界二氧化碳防紫外线整理技术,以紫外线吸收剂UV-P为整理剂,研究了紫外线吸收剂UV-P质量分数、温度、压力和时间对紫外线防护系数UPF的影响。结果表明:在紫外线吸收剂UV-P质量分数3%、温度110℃、压力25 MPa和时间90 min的工艺条件下,UPF可达64;经过多次水洗后,面料仍具有极佳的紫外线防护效果,但拉伸断裂强力和断裂伸长率有所下降。
In view of the problems such as various processes,high cost and heavy pollution in the traditional anti-ultraviolet finishing method of polyester fabrics,the influence of the UV absorber UV-P mass fraction,temperature,pressure and time on the UV protection coefficient UPF is studied by using the supercritical carbon dioxide anti-ultraviolet finishing technology.The results show that with an optimized finishing process of UV ultraviolet absorbent UV-P dosage of 3%,a temperature of 110℃,a pressure of 25 MPa and a time of 90 min in supercritical carbon dioxide,the UPF can reach 64.After multiple washes,the fabric still has excellent UV protection effect,but the tensile breaking strength and elongation at break have a certain decrease.
