摘要
选用国产R型活性染料与耐碱性分散染料在中性浴中作涤棉针织物一浴一步法染色可达到二浴法染色的效果, 从而缩短工艺程序, 节省助剂和化学药品, 节能节水, 提高生产效率。
It studied the dyeing process of selected reactive dyes (R series) and dispersed dyes which is durable to alkaline in the neutral dye bath when they are applied to the knitted fabric of T/C with method of one bath one step.The result shows it can meet the same demands of dyeing as that with the method of two bath.And it can shorten the dyeing processes, save auxiliaries and chemicals and lose less energy and water including that improve production efficiency.
