摘要
目的 分析急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者采用不同胰岛素给药方式治疗效果。方法 随机选取2020年8月-2022年5月北京中西医结合医院急诊收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者82例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分组,对照组41例,采用胰岛素滴注治疗;观察组41例,采用胰岛素泵皮下输注治疗,观察两组治疗总有效率、病情恢复情况、低血糖发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组尿酮体恢复时间、p H值恢复时间、血酮体恢复时间、血糖达标时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后胰岛素用量少于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 治疗急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒不同胰岛素给药方式存在差异,胰岛素泵皮下输注治疗效果较为理想。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of different insulin administration methods in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in the emergency department.Methods 82 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who were admitted to the Emergency Department of Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2020 to May 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were grouped according to the random number table,and 41 patients in the control group were treated with insulin infusion;41 cases in the observation group were treated with subcutaneous infusion of Insulin pump,the total effective rate of treatment,recovery of disease and incidence of hypoglycemia in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recovery time of urine ketone body,pH value recovery time,blood ketone body recovery time and blood glucose standard time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin consumption in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of emergency diabetic ketoacidosis with different insulin administration methods is different,and the effect of insulin pump subcutaneous infusion is better.
