摘要
新时代,加强劳动教育是培养时代新人的关键举措、实现人全面发展的重要途径、推动社会进步的重要基石。目前,高校劳动教育的困境表现在:长效保障机制不健全;学生劳动能力弱;实践型劳动教育形式单一;学校督促考查的具体措施不够有力,等等。针对劳动教育的现实困境,应优化劳动教育课程内容,强化劳动价值观认同;丰富劳动教育实践形式,促进劳动技能获得;构建校、家、社三方的联动协同育人机制,真正发挥劳动教育的育人价值和实效。
In the new era,strengthening labor education is a key measure to train new generation,is also an important way to realize people's integrated development and an important cornerstone to promote social progress.At present,college's labor education shows that the school considers labor education important in concept,but the long-term guarantee mechanism has not been established.Students'subjective will of labor is strong,but their ability of labor is weak.The forms of labor education are both practical and theoretical,but the form of practical labor education is single.Schools strictly urge students to participate in labor education in the early stage,but lack of policies of reward and punishment for labor participation in the subsequent.In view of the realistic thinking of labor education,we should optimize the content of labor education curriculum,strengthen the identification of labor values,enrich the practical forms of labor education and promote the acquisition of labor skills.We should build a linked and synergetic education mechanism among school,family and society and form the labor habit,so as to give full play to the educational value and actual effect of labor education.
