摘要
以内蒙某地高铁含量叶蜡石为原料,研究不同工艺条件对除铁效果的影响。采用干法磁选工艺,在入料粒度为0.15~0.3 mm,磁感应强度为1.7 T时,得到精矿产品中Fe_(2)O_(3)的质量分数为0.45%,达到玻璃纤维原料的要求;对-0.15 mm入料采用湿法磁选工艺,在磁感应强度为5.0 T时,得到精矿产品中Fe_(2)O_(3)的质量分数为0.18%,提高了产品性能,实现了低品质叶蜡石资源综合利用。
In this paper,iron-rich pyrophyllite in Inner Mongolia was used as raw material to study the effects of different technological conditions on iron removal.Using the dry magnetic separation process,when the feeding size is 0.15-0.3 mm and the magnetic flux density is 1.1 T,the content of Fe_(2)O_(3) in the concentrate product is 0.45%,which meets the requirements of glass fiber raw materials.The wet magnetic separation process is used for-0.15 mm feeding,when the magnetic flux density is 5.0 T,the content of Fe_(2)O_(3) in concentrate product is 0.18%,which improves the product performance and realizes the comprehensive utilization of low-quality pyrophyllite resources.
