烧结生产高比例低品质料配矿技术应用

摘要 为进一步降低生产成本,石横特钢炼铁厂以优化入炉原燃料结构为重要抓手,在稳定烧结生产过程及烧结矿质量指标前提下,大量使用低品质料。通过技术优化及管理创新,合理制定有害元素和烧结矿质量控制标准,优化配矿结构和制程,改进混合料加水工艺和烧结工艺参数,提高烧结低品质料比例至61%以上,实现配矿成本的降低及系统效益最大化。 To further reduce production costs,Shiheng Special Steel Ironmaking Plant takes optimizing the structure of raw materials and fuels into the furnace as an important starting point,on the premise of stabilizing the sintering production process and the sinter ore quality index,low quality materials are largely used.Through technical optimization and management innovation,reasonably formulate harmful elements and sinter quality control standards,optimize the ore distribution structure and process,improving the process of adding water to the mixture and the parameters of the sintering process,increase the proportion of sintered low-quality materials to more than 61%,realize the reduction of ore blending cost and the maximization of system benefits.
