摘要
为了有效保障大型商业综合体的功能性和运营安全,在日常经营过程中全面落实消防安全管理工作非常重要。由于大型商业综合体业态多样,在日常经营中尤其是节假日存在人员高度集中的现象,所以针对商业综合体的消防建设需求进行安全管理分析势在必行。鉴于此,从当下的火灾危险性出发,结合实际消防安全工作状况挖掘当下管理工作中存在的问题,进而针对性地提出行之有效的安全管理优化对策。
In order to effectively ensure the functionality and operational safety of large commercial complexes,it is very important to fully implement fire safety management in the daily operation process.Due to the diverse formats of large commercial complexes,there is a high concentration of personnel in daily operations,especially during holidays,so it is imperative to conduct safety management analysis on the fire protection construction needs of commercial complexes.Based on this,starting from the current fire danger,combined with the actual fire safety working conditions,the problems existing in the current management work are excavated,and then effective countermeasures to optimize safety management are put forward in a targeted manner.
