摘要
大型商业综合体是现代城市发展过程中形成的重要建筑模式,在空间利用率上有着突出的优势,能够在有限的空间内集合多样化的功能,满足城市居民的多样化需求。但这一建筑模式在消防安全方面却存在着较大的隐患,因此大型商业综合体必须重视,保障运营的安全性与稳定性。基于此,介绍大型商业综合体的基本情况,结合其功能与构成分析大型商业综合体的火灾危险性,基于大型商业综合体消防安全管理的实际情况,总结其中存在的问题并提出相应的管理策略。
Large commercial complexes are an important architectural model formed in the process of modern urban development.They have outstanding advantages in spatial utilization and can gather diverse functions within limited space to meet the diverse needs of urban residents.However,this building model has significant hidden dangers in terms of fire safety,so large commercial complexes must pay attention to ensuring the safety and stability of operation.Based on this,first introduce the basic situation of large commercial complexes,then analyzes their fire hazards based on their functions and composition.Finally,based on the actual situation of fire safety management in large commercial complexes,it summarizes the existing problems and proposes corresponding management strategies.
