城轨车辆模拟实训装置的自动门控制设计研究

摘要 为解决由于城轨车辆电动门控制性能不足导致的自动门事故问题,研究从三个主要角度提升自动门控制性能,分别为位置传感器门控电机、转矩脉动与防挤压模块。通过该种方式提升自动门的安全性控制性。同时采用一种全新的放挤压功能激活法来实现自动门控制系统的放挤压功能,最后采用模拟实验的方式验证自动门控制系统的控制效果。研究结果显示,单斩PWN_ON调制方式能够有效提高自动门控制精度。同时采用变采样离散滑模控制器的自动门正常开关门速度更加稳定,并且在加入负载转矩后,采样离散滑模控制器能够相较之前能够更快地恢复到预先设定的给定速度。由此可见研究设计的控制系统具有更好的控制性和稳定性,可以在实际电动门控制中具有更佳的应用效果。 In order to solve the problem of automatic door accident caused by insufficient control performance of the electric door of urban rail vehicles,the research focuses on improving the control performance of the automatic door from three main aspects,namely,the position sensor door control motor,torque ripple and anti extrusion module.In this way,the safety control of the automatic door is improved.At the same time,a new activation method of releasing and extruding function is adopted to realize the releasing and extruding function of the automatic door control system.Finally,the control effect of the automatic door control system is verified by simulation test.Research results show that single cut PWN_The ON modulation mode can effectively improve the control accuracy of automatic door.At the same time,the speed of automatic door opening and closing normally using variable sampling discrete sliding mode controller is more stable,and the sampled discrete sliding mode controller can recover to the preset given speed faster than before after adding the load torque.This shows that the control system studied and designed has better controllability and stability,and can have better application effect in actual electric door control.
