摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年7月曹县人民医院收治的60例慢性宫颈炎患者,按照随机抽签法分为参照组与实验组,每组各30例。参照组予以常规护理,实验组予以针对性护理。比较两组负面情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,实验组汉密尔顿焦虑量表及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎护理中的应用可显著改善患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Cao County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given targeted nursing.Negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the nursing of chronic cervicitis can significantly improve patients’negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
