摘要
目的:比较对行LEEP宫颈环切术的慢性宫颈炎患者采取不同护理措施的疗效,探讨对此类患者施行优质护理的可实施性。方法:在为我院收治的161例行LEEP宫颈环切治疗的患者进行治护的过程中将其分为观察组和对照组,为80例对照组患者行常规护理,为81例观察组患者行优质护理,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗的总有效率分别为93.8%、82.5%。观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为行LEEP宫颈环切治疗的慢性宫颈炎患者提供术前、术中及术后优质护理,可有效提高其临床疗效,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:Comparison of the effects of different nursing methods: LEEP after LEEP treatment in patients with chronic cervicitis, of high quality nursing measures in implementation of clinical.Methods: Methods in our hospital 161 cases LEEP LEEP differences were based on the nursing treatment to group, including 80 cases of routine nursing as the control group, the remaining 81 cases of high quality nursing care for the observation group, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:The observation group and the control group total effective rate were 93.8%, 82.5%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions: High quality nursing for clinical LEEP LEEP in patients with chronic cervicitis treated with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative, can effectively improve the treatment effect, the method is worthy of adoption.
