摘要
目的:为了考察大学生特质性心流与网络游戏成瘾的关系,以及学业自我效能感在两者之间的中介作用。方法:采用简版特质流畅量表、病理性网络游戏使用问卷和学业自我效能感问卷对3034名大学生进行测量。结果:1特质性心流与学业自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.64,P<0.001),而特质性心流、学业自我效能感与网络游戏成瘾呈显著负相关(r=-0.12,-0.13;P<0.001);2特质性心流显著负向预测网络游戏成瘾,而学业自我效能感在特质性心流与网络游戏成瘾之间起中介作用。结论:培养学生特质性心流,从而提升学业自我效能感,进而减少网络游戏的不良影响。
Objective:To explore the relationship between dispositional flow,and Internet game addiction,and to explore mediation effect of academic self-efficacy.Methods:A total of 3034 college students were measured by the short dispositional flow scale,pathological Internet game addiction questionnaire,and academic self-efficacy questionnaire.Results:1 Dispositional flow was positive correlated with academic self-efficacy(r=0.64,P<0.001);dispositional flow and academic self-efficacy were respectively negatively correlated with Internet game addiction respectively(r=-0.12,-0.13;P<0.001);2 Dispositional flow negatively predicts predicted Internet game addiction,and academic self-efficacy plays played a mediating role between dispositional flow and Internet game addiction.Conclusion:The findings suggest that by cultivating students'dispositional flow,students can improve their academic self-efficacy,and reduce the negative effects of Internet games.
