摘要
目的运用数据挖掘技术,通过对《中华医典》中医古籍中心悸文献的收集、整理和研究,分析心悸的用药规律,为现代中医治疗心悸提供临床依据。方法选取《中华医典》,筛选出心悸有关医案,创建Excel数据库,借助SPSS Statistics 20.0对Excel数据库中的药物组成、高频药物的性味归经和分类进行频数分析,并对高频药物聚类分析,通过SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联分析,发掘高频药物药对之间的配伍关系,并分析其临床价值。结果从67部古籍中纳入531条原文,收录处方519首,涉及药物847味(共6128次),频次居前5位的是茯神、酸枣仁、白芍、茯苓和半夏,性味归经中性温、味甘的药物使用频次最高,归于心肺二经的药物最多,使用最多的药物为补虚药。得到核心药物组合18组,聚类方5组。结论心悸病因以正虚为主,邪实为标,治法主要以养心安神、补虚治劳为主,补泻兼施。
Objective To analyze the medication rules of palpitation,and provide clinical basis for modern Chinese medicine treatment of palpitation by using data mining technology,through the collection,collation and research of palpitation literature in ancient Chinese medical books of Chinese Medical Code.Methods The medical records of palpitation were selected from the Chinese medical dictionary,and the Excel database was established.The frequency analysis of drug composition,nature,taste,meridian and classification of high⁃frequency drugs in the Excel database was carried out with the help of SPSS statistics 20.0,and the cluster analysis of high⁃frequency drugs was carried out by SPSS modeler 18.0 to explore the compatibility of high⁃frequency drugs,and its clinical value was analyzed.Results 531 original texts were included from 67 ancient books,including 519 prescriptions,involving 847 kinds of drugs(6128 times in total).The top five drugs in frequency were Fushen,Suanzaoren,Baishao,Fuling and Pinellia ternata.The drugs with neutral,warm and sweet nature and taste were the most frequently used,and the drugs with heart and lung meridian were the most frequently used.18 core drug combinations and 5 cluster square groups were obtained.Conclusion The main cause of palpitation is positive deficiency,while the evil substance is the manifestation.The main treatment methods are nourishing the heart and calming the mind,reinforcing deficiency,reinforcing and purging.
