摘要
职业院校学生成长生态系统的优化对于培养满足经济社会发展需要的技术技能型人才具有重要意义。行动者网络作为研究共同体网络形成、维护与演化的工具,可以为职业院校学生成长生态系统优化提供契合的理论指导。从行动者网络理论的视角检视发现:目前我国职业院校学生成长生态系统仍然存在行动者利益保障诉求机制不完善、内部网络关键接点支撑力不足、动态响应外部需求不畅等问题。针对上述问题,职业院校学生成长生态系统优化须及时厘清系统中各人类行动者的角色定位和利益诉求,建立公开透明的利益分配机制,强化系统内部关键网络接点的支撑力,重视数据互联在目标导向的系统动态更新中的作用。
The optimization of the growth ecosystem of vocational college students is of great significance to the supply of technical talents to meet the needs of economy and society.As a tool to study the formation,maintenance and evolution of community network,the actor network can provide appropriate theoretical guidance for the optimization of the growth ecosystem of vocational college students.From the perspective of actor network theory,it is found that there are still some problems in the student growth ecosystem of vocational colleges in China,such as imperfect mechanism of actor interest guarantee appeal,insufficient support of key points of internal network and poor dynamic response to external demands.In order to optimize the growth ecosystem of vocational college students,it is necessary to clarify the role positioning and interest demands of various human actors in the system,establish an open and transparent interest distribution mechanism,strengthen the supporting force of key network contacts within the system,and pay attention to the role of data interconnection in the dynamic update of the goal-oriented system.
