摘要
采用万能力学试验机、差示扫描量热仪、维卡软化温度测定仪研究了油田柔性复合管内衬层高密度聚乙烯PE100在含油量高的Type A和矿化度高的Type B采出水服役的力学性能、维卡软化温度、氧化诱导期变化情况,采用70 MPa静水压试验系统研究了柔性复合管在承压状态下管体膨胀率和伸长率变化规律。结果表明:PE100耐热性能和抗氧化性能保持良好,油田集输管线内部油水分层导致Type A采出水中油质分子不同程度渗透浸入PE100内部,导致力学性能发生不均匀老化,断裂伸长率差异高达96.72%;柔性复合管在37.5 MPa压力下保压200 h后管体膨胀率和伸长率分别为1.67%和1.92%,在保压48 h内膨胀率和伸长率增幅最大,可达1.46%和1.78%。
The mechanical properties,Vicat softening temperature,and changes in oxidation induction period of high-density polyethylene PE100 with high oil content and high mineralization type B produced water were studied using a universal mechanical testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter,and Vicat softening temperature tester for the inner lining layer of flexible composite pipes in oil fields.The 70 MPa hydrostatic test system was used to study the changes in the expansion rate and elongation of flexible composite pipes under pressure.The results showed that the heat resistance and antioxidant performance of PE100 remained good.The internal oil-water stratification of the oil field gathering and transportation pipeline led to varying degrees of infiltration of oil molecules in the produced water of Type A into the interior of PE100,resulting in uneven aging of mechanical properties,with a difference in elongation at break of up to 96.72%.After holding at 37.5 MPa for 200hours,the expansion rate and elongation rate of the flexible composite pipe were 1.67%and 1.92%.Within 48 hours of holding,the expansion rate and elongation rate increased the most,reaching 1.46%and 1.78%.
