摘要
针对普光气田大湾区块天然气开采过程中产生的高含硫化物、氯化物与矿质污水的强腐蚀、易结垢问题,以及污水处理站到污水回注井管输管线压力高,线路段地形条件复杂等因素,采用热塑性塑料复合管替代原有的玻璃钢管,降低了管线运行费用,安全性更高,大大减少了因污水管线泄漏带来的环境污染和安全问题。
Due to the strong corrosion and easily scaling of the wastewater of high sulfides, chlorides and salinity produced during the natural gas exploitation, as well as the high pressure in the pipelines and the complex topography from sewage treatment station and the water injection wells in Grand Bay area of Puguang gas-field, the thermoplastic plastic composite pipe is used to replace the original glass steel pipe, which can reduce the running cost of the pipelines and the environmental pollution risk due to sewage pipeline leaking, and makes the natural gas production safer.
