摘要
目的探究正畸联合牙周基础疗法治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月本院收治的76例牙周病患者作为研究对象,按照随机综合平衡法分为实验组与参照组,每组38例。参照组接受牙周基础疗法治疗,实验组接受正畸联合牙周基础疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、牙周临床指标[龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊出血(BOP)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)及菌斑指数(PLI)]、炎症因子[(白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及愈后情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于参照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组AL小于治疗前,PD浅于治疗前,BOP、SBI、PLI均低于治疗前,且实验组AL小于参照组,PD浅于参照组,BOP、SBI、PLI均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组牙齿排列整齐情况、咬合关系、美观性、牙齿致密性评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合牙周基础疗法治疗牙周病效果确切,可有效降低炎症因子水平,改善牙周临床指标,促进疾病恢复,更值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with periodontal basic therapy in the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random comprehensive balance method,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group received periodontal basic treatment,and the experimental group received orthodontic combined with periodontal basic treatment,the clinical efficacy,periodontal clinical indicators(sulcus bleeding index[SBI],bleeding on probing[BOP],probing depth[PD],attachment loss[AL]and plaque index[PLI]),inflammatory factors(interleukin-1[IL-1],interleukin-6[IL-6]and tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])levels and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.37%,which was higher than 78.95%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,AL of the two groups was smaller than that before treatment,PD was shallower than that before treatment,BOP,SBI and PLI were lower than those before treatment,and AL in the experimental group was smaller than that in the reference group,PD was shallower than that in the reference group,BOP,SBI and PLI were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of neat arrangement of teeth,occlusion relationship,aesthetics and dental density in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal basic therapy for perio
