摘要
采用3种直投改性剂制备高模量沥青混合料,研究了空隙率、改性剂种类及其掺量对混合料应用性能的影响。结果表明,高模量沥青混凝土的动态模量随空隙率增加而逐渐降低,建议将高模量混凝土的空隙率控制在3%左右。在改性剂选择中推荐采用与沥青相容性好、具有高熔融流动性、易密实的聚合物/沥青复合类和多元复合类高模量改性剂,改性剂最佳掺量为0.60%~0.75%。制备的高模量沥青混合料具有优异的应用性能,可兼顾动态模量、疲劳性能和抗车辙性能。
Three different direct injection modifiers were used to prepare high modulus asphalt mixtures,and the effects of void fraction,modifier type and modifier content on the application performance of the mixture were studied.The results show that the dynamic modulus of high modulus asphalt concrete decreases with the increase of porosity.It is suggested that the porosity of high modulus asphalt concrete be controlled at about 3%.In the selection of modifier,it is recommended to use polymer/asphalt composite and multi-component composite high modulus modifiers with good compatibility with asphalt,high melting fluidity and easy compaction,and the optimal dosage of modifier is 0.60%~0.75%.The prepared high modulus asphalt mixture has excellent application performance,which can achieve both dynamic modulus,fatigue performance and rutting resistance.
