云南某氧化铜金矿选矿试验研究

摘要 云南某氧化铜金矿原矿铜品位1.26%、金品位4.40g/t、银品位14.20g/t,氧化程度高且金矿物多充填于孔雀石的裂隙中,二者嵌布复杂紧密,具有一定的选别难度。根据其矿石性质,以混合浮选的工艺进行了系统的选矿试验研究,最终以BQ1+25#黑药为捕收起泡剂,以硫化钠+硫酸铵为调整剂,采用“一粗二精二扫”的混合浮选流程,获得了铜品位18.37%、金品位78.15g/t、银品位234.40g/t的铜金银混合精矿,取得了较好的选别效果。 I The raw ore of an oxidized copper gold mine in Yunnan province is 1.26%,the gold grade is 4.40g/t,and the silver grade is 14.20g/t.The degree of oxidation is high,and the gold minerals are mostly filled in the fractures of malachite.The two minerals are embedded in a complex and tight manner,which has certain difficulty in separation.According to the ore properties,a systematic beneficiation test was carried out by the bulk flotation process of"one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging".Finally,a mixed concentrate was obtained that copper grade of 18.37%,gold grade of 78.15g/t and silver grade of 234.40g/t by using BQ1 as the collector,25#dithiophosphate as the collector even frother,sodium sulfide and ammonium sulfate as the regulator.The high oxidation ore was recycled efficiently and achieved well separation performance.
