摘要
对于氧化率为91%以上的湖北石头嘴铜矿矿石,经多段添加硫化钠的硫化预处理,采用混合捕收剂(35号药、丁黄药、羟肟酸),以及多点出精矿、减少中矿循环的选矿工艺,铜精矿品位比生产工艺提高210%,铜、金回收率分别提高2598%和1081%。
The copper ore of Shitouzui Mine in Hubei province has oxidizing ratio of above 91%. A variety of measures, such as sulphidization by multistage addition of sodium sulfide, combined use of collectors (aerofloat 35, butyl xanthate and hydroxamic acid), multipoint discharging of concentrate and reducing circulating middlings, were taken to process the copper ore. Compared with the existing technology, the copper concentrate grade and copper and gold recoveries obtained by using the technology were increased by 2.1%, 25.98% and 10.81%, respectively.
