摘要
药学实习是学生理论联系实际,提高综合素质的重要环节。目前由于课程衔接不合理、实习环节缺乏综合能力的培养以及考核机制单一化等问题,药学实习质量仍有待提高。能力本位教育模式以职业所需能力为导向进行课程设置和教学,能够提高学生的综合素质和职业能力。教学团队借鉴能力本位教育模式对理论课程、实习内容和考核机制进行调整和完善,有助于提高药学实习质量,培养优秀药学人才。
Pharmaceutical internship is an important component in which students apply theoretical knowledge to practice and enhance their comprehensive qualities.Currently,there are issues such as improper curriculum integration,lack of cultivation of comprehensive abilities in internships,and the simplification of assessment mechanism,which have led to the need for improvement in the quality of pharmaceutical internship practices.The competency-based education model,which focuses on developing the competencies required in the profession,can enhance students'comprehensive qualities and professional abilities.By drawing on the principles of the competency-based education model,the faculty team makes proper adjustments and improvements to the theory courses,internship content,and assessment mechanisms,thus contributing to the improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical internships and the cultivation of excellent pharmaceutical professionals.
