摘要
以践行社会主义核心价值观为基础的课程思政教育理念是培养和铸造大学生核心竞争力的必要前提和重要保证。教学团队在新药研制与开发课程教学中坚持“价值引领,德育与能力同行”理念,遵循“专业主导,能力与信念并进”原则,采取“资源拓展,线上与线下共举”模式,从而有效提高了学生的核心竞争力,为复合型药学人才的培养提供了有效途径。
The curriculum ideological and political education concept based on practicing the core socialist values is a necessary prerequisite and an important guarantee for cultivating and forging the core competitiveness of university students.In the teaching of the research and development of new drugs,the faculty team adheres to the concept of“value-oriented instruction with the integration of moral education and competence development”,follows the principles of“professional guidance,competence and beliefs advancing together”,and adopts the“resources expansion with the combination of online and offline”model.Such method effectively enhances students core competitiveness and provides an effective approach for the cultivation of versatile and composite pharmaceutical talents.
