摘要
目的调查广州市某大型居住社区内医养结合服务供需情况,构建社区嵌入式医养综合体建设方案,为城市社区嵌入式医养综合体布局和适配方法提供参照。方法2019年8-12月,采用问卷调查法对广州市某社区500名老年人进行医养结合服务需求调研,采用半结构式访谈法和问卷调查法对社区管理人员和各医疗、养老相关服务机构负责人进行供给调研,共纳入访谈人员9人,问卷调查人员25人。结果70项社区医养结合服务总需求量为2209.32人次/天,社区目前仅有18项供给,总供给量为488.00人次/天,供给不能满足需求的部分,需建立一家集机构入住、日间照料和上门服务为一体的社区嵌入式医养综合体来补充,经计算其服务体量,需包含40张养老床位,43张日间照料中心休息椅位,40张固定餐位,配置41位照护人员。结论社区嵌入式医养综合体建设需要对嵌入社区进行精准供需分析,确保综合体不仅能满足需求,同时保障持续运营和生存。
Objective To investigate the supply and demand of integrated medical and elderly care service in a large residential community in Guangzhou,and build a construction plan for the community embedded integrated medical and elderly care complex,provide a reference for the layout and adaptation methods of the complex in urban communities.Methods From August to December 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the demand of integrated medical and elderly care services of 500 elderly in a community in Guangzhou.Semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey were used to conduct supply research on community managers and heads of medical and elderly care related service institutions.A total of 9 interviewers and 25 questionnaire investigators were inclu-ded.Results The total demand for 70 community medical and elderly care service was 2209.32 person-times/day.Currently,only 18 items were available,with a total supply of 488.00 person-times/day.For the part that cannot meet the demand,it was necessary to establish a community embedded integrated medical and elderly care complex integrating institutional check-in,day care and door-to-door services to supplement it.After calculation,the service volume should include 40 elderly beds,43 rest chairs,40 fixed dining places and 41 caregivers.Conclusion The construction of the community embedded integrated medical and elderly care complex requires accurate supply and demand analysis to ensure that the complex can not only meet the demand,but also ensure continuous operation and survival.
