摘要
目的探讨CCR7、FAM96A蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集肝癌患者76例,术中获取肝癌组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫蛋白印迹实验(Western blot,WB)检测CCR7、FAM96A蛋白表达,统计CCR7、FAM96A蛋白在肝癌及癌旁组织中的表达,并分析CCR7、FAM96A蛋白与肝癌临床病理特征的关系。结果肝癌组织中CCR7蛋白表达量显著高于癌旁组织,FAM96A蛋白表达量显著低于癌旁组织,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝癌组织中CCR7、FAM96A蛋白表达与肿瘤大小、门静脉癌栓、肝外转移、Child分级、TNM分期相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤数目、乙肝、肝硬化、血清AFP水平无关(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示,CCR7蛋白表达与FAM96A蛋白无明显相关性,相关性系数γ=0.053,P>0.05。结论CCR7蛋白在肝癌组织呈现高表达,FAM96A蛋白在肝癌组织呈现低表达,两者水平均与肝癌发生和发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CCR7 and FAM96A proteins in liver cancer tissues.Methods 76 patients with liver cancer were collected,liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were obtained during operation,and the expressions of CCR7 and FAM96A were detected by Western blot(WB).The expressions of CCR7 and FAM96A in liver cancer and adjacent tissues were analyzed.The relationship between CCR7 and FAM96A proteins and clinicopathologic features of liver cancer was analyzed.Results The expression level of CCR7 protein in liver cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancer tissue,and the expression level of FAM96A protein was significantly lower than that in paracancer tissue,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of CCR7 and FAM96A protein in liver cancer tissues was correlated with tumor size,portal vein cancer thrombin,extrahepatic metastasis,Child grade and TNM stage(P<0.05),but not with patient gender,age,tumor number,hepatitis B,cirrhosis,and serum AFP level(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between CCR7 protein expression and FAM96A protein,correlation coefficientγ=0.053,P>0.05.Conclusion CCR7 protein is highly expressed and FAM96A protein is low expressed in liver cancer tissues.Both levels are closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer.
