化工实验室废水一体化悬浮过滤装置的设计及性能优化

摘要 针对高校本科化工实验室废水处理,研究并设计了一套一体化悬浮过滤装置,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)的方法对其进行数学建模及流场分析,优化装置内部结构。通过对实际实验室废水的处理分析,进一步优化了该装置的参数。实验结果表明:在滤速0.5 m^(3)/h、滤层厚度60 cm条件下,一体化悬浮过滤装置对化工实验室实际废水SS和COD去除率分别为34.8%~81.0%和22.3%~63.1%。该装置对于进水的污染物波动有较好的耐冲击负荷能力,是一种绿色、经济的化工实验室废水预处理方法,具有较好的实际应用价值。 An integrated suspension filtration device was studied and designed for the treatment of university undergraduate chemical laboratory wastewater,and its internal structure was optimized by mathematical modeling and flow field analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).The parameter values of the device were further optimized by studying the actual wastewater treatment.The experimental results show that when the filtration rate was 0.5 m^(3)/h and the thickness of the filter layer was 60 cm,the removal rates of SS and COD were 34.8%~81.0%and 22.3%~63.1%,respectively.The device has good ability to fluctuate the pollutants in the influent water,and is a green and economical pretreatment method for chemical laboratory wastewater with good practical application value.
