摘要
随着我国高等教育质量与科创水平的提升,科研项目资金投入不断增加,越来越多的科学研究在实验室中开展。实验通常需要用到多种化学试剂,会产生大量含有毒有害物质的实验室废水。实验室废水水质波动大,成分复杂,若不经严格管控和系统处理就随意排放,会对周边环境和居民健康造成极其恶劣的影响。因此,本文深入分析实验室废水的常规处理方法,并根据其特点提出一套切实可行的实验室废水处理工艺,以使出水水质符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。
With the improvement of the quality of China's higher education and the level of scientific and technological innovation,the investment in scientific research projects is increasing,and more and more scientific research is carried out in laboratories.Experiments usually require a variety of chemical reagents,which will produce a large amount of laboratory wastewater containing toxic and harmful substances.The quality of laboratory wastewater fluctuates greatly and its composition is complex,if it is discharged without strict control and systematic treatment,it will cause extremely adverse impact on the surrounding environment and the health of residents.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the conventional treatment methods of laboratory wastewater,and proposes a set of practical and feasible laboratory wastewater treatment process according to its characteristics,so that the effluent quality meets the Class I standard of the"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978-1996).
