摘要 为探究活性炭于沥青混合料中的应用效果,选用西部地区常用的AC-13上面层沥青混合料,使用5种不同掺量的活性炭等体积替代矿粉,以马歇尔试验方法确定出不同掺量下的沥青混合料最佳油石比。采用车辙试验、小梁低温弯曲试验与冻融劈裂试验,协同SEM观测手段,对改性沥青混合料的路用性能进行评价。研究结果表明:相比于矿粉,活性炭具有多层片状多孔结构,比表面积更大,与沥青之间相容性更好。活性炭对沥青混合料高温稳定性的改善效果最显著,当活性炭完全替代矿粉后,沥青混合料动稳定度提升了约53%;对沥青混合料的低温抗裂性有一定程度提高;但会使沥青混合料水稳定性小幅下降,结果仍符合现行规范技术要求。 In order to explore the use effect of activated carbon in asphalt mixture,this paper takes AC-13 upper layer asphalt mixture as the basis,that commonly used in Western China,and replaces mineral powder with the same volume of 5 different activated carbon contents.According to themarshallmix Design,the optimum oil-to-stone ratio of asphalt mixtures with different dosages was determined.The road performance of the modified asphalt mixture was studied and evaluated bymeans of the rutting test,the low-temperature bending test of the trabeculae,the freeze-thaw splitting test,and the SEM observationmethod.The results show that compared with themineral powder,activated carbon has amulti-layer flake-like porous structure,a larger specific surface area,and better compatibility with asphalt;activated carbon has themost significant improvement effect on the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture,when activated carbon completely replaces mineral powder,the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture is increased by about 53%;and the low temperature crack resistance is improved to a certain extent;the water stability is slightly decreased,but it still meets the current technical requirements.
