摘要
“双高计划”建设院校绩效自评是“双高计划”建设院校绩效评价的基础。在分析“双高计划”建设院校绩效评估逻辑意蕴和现实境遇基础上,从利益相关者理论的改进视域出发,分析“双高计划”建设院校的核心关联事项、重要关联事项和主要关联事项的三类八种绩效评估关联事项。在此基础上构建“双高计划”建设院校期末自评9个模块,37个二级指标,194个三级指标的绩效评估框架体系和指标设定,并提出层级评估方法。
The self-assessment of the performance of "double-high plan" construction colleges and universities is the basis of the performance evaluation of the "double-high" construction.Based on analyzing the logical connotation and realistic situation of the performance evaluation of the "double-high" construction colleges and universities,starting from the perspective of improvement of the stakeholder theory,the core related matters,important related matters and main related matters of the "double-high plan" construction colleges and universities are analyzed.There are three categories of items and eight types of performance evaluation-related items.On this basis,building the "double-high plan" construction colleges and universities' end-of-term self-assessment 9 modules,37 secondlevel indicators,194 third-level indicators performance evaluation framework system and indicator set,and putting forward a hierarchical evaluation method.
