摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,水资源的需求也越来越大。水利建设在满足城市发展需要的同时,也面临着生态环境破坏的问题。笔者阐述了国内外水利建设与生态融合的研究现状、加强水利建设与生态融合的必要性、水利工程与生态融合建设原则,并从政策、技术和管理三个方面探讨了如何实现水利建设与生态融合。该研究成果为我国水利工程建设与生态环境融合可持续发展提供一定的参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization the demand for water resources is also increasing.While meeting the needs of urban development water conservancy construction is also facing the problem of ecological environment destruction.The authors expound the research status of water conservancy construction and ecological integration at home and abroad the necessity of strengthening water conservancy construction and ecological integration the principle of water conservancy project and ecological integration construction and discuss how to realize water conservancy construction and ecological integration from three aspects of policy technology and management.The research results provide a certain reference for the sustainable development of the integration of water conservancy project construction and ecological environment in China.
