氯乙烯装置的模拟优化研究

摘要 利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对某炼化企业氯乙烯(VCM)装置二氯乙烷(EDC)精馏单元和VCM精馏单元建立数学模型,模拟结果与实际值较为接近,模型准确可靠.运用该模型对EDC塔回流比、EDC塔冷凝器出口温度、真空塔塔顶采出量以及VCM塔回流量等操作参数进行灵敏度分析,并提出了优化建议.经验证,这些优化措施可以显著提高装置节能效果,对于装置的优化操作具有很好的指导意义. Mathematical models of dichloroethane(EDC)distillation unit and VCM distillation unit in a vinyl chloride(VCM)device were established by using Aspen Plus process simulation software.The simulation results were close to the actual values and the models were reliable.Sensitivity analysis was conducted on the following parameters,including reflux ratio of the EDC tower,outlet temperature of the EDC tower condenser,top extraction volume of the vacuum tower,reflux flow of the VCM tower.Optimization suggestions were put forth,significant energy-saving effect was obtained,which provided good guidance for optimized operation of the vinyl chloride device.
