“双减”背景下初中生作业心理负担及其与基本心理需要满足程度的关系

The Relationship Between the Middle School Students'Homework Psychological Burden and Satisfaction Degree of Basic Psychological Needs Under the Background of“Double Reduction”

摘要 基于作业心理负担的学业情绪四分法和基本心理需要理论中的3种基本需要,借助并整合《中小学生作业心理负担问卷》和《基本心理需求量表中文版》,对Z省H市3283名学生进行调查。研究发现:初中生的作业心理负担处于中等强度,其作业心理负担随年级的升高而加重;初中生的基本心理需要满足程度处于较高水平,基本心理需要满足程度对作业心理负担有显著影响。为了减轻学生的作业心理负担,建议教师采用自主支持型作业方式以满足学生自主需要,对作业进行分层设计与反馈以满足学生胜任需要,建立良好的人际关系以满足学生归属需要。 Based on the academic-emotional tetrad of homework psychological burden and the three basic needs in the theory of basic psychological needs,with the help and integration of the Questionnaire on Homework Psychological Burden of Elementary and Middle School Students and the Basic Psychological Needs Inventory in Chinese version,a survey was conducted on 3283 students in H City,Z Province.The study finds that the homework psychological burden of middle school students is at a medium intensity,and their homework psychological burden is aggravated with the increase of grade;middle school students'basic psychological need fulfillment is at a high level,and basic psychological need fulfillment has a significant effect on the psychological burden of homework.In order to reduce students'psychological burden of homework,it is recommended that teachers reduce students'burden in the following three ways:adopting autonomy-supportive homework to fulfill the need for autonomy;providing hierarchical design and feedback for homework to fulfill the need for competence;establishing good interpersonal relationships to fulfill the need for belonging.
