摘要
反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)系临床所见反复发作的鼻炎、咽炎、扁桃体炎(上呼吸道感染)或气管支气管炎、肺炎等(下呼吸道感染),中医古籍文献中查无此名,但据其临床表现,历代医家将本病归于“体虚感冒”“咳嗽”“肺炎喘嗽”“自汗易感”等。贾六金教授,首届全国名中医,全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。贾六金教授精研儿科药证一甲子,学验俱丰,擅长治疗小儿各类疾病,特别是对防治小儿反复呼吸道感染有独到的见解。贾六金教授认为肺脾气虚是反复呼吸道感染发病的内在基础,卫表不固是发病关键,临床在此基础上,又常兼见夹热、夹痰、夹滞的证候,虚实夹杂,互为因果。贾六金教授认为,对本病的先期预防是本病“防复”的关键。临床上防治结合,创制防感汤,既可预防本病复发,又可改善复感儿体质,增强免疫力。
Recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)is characterized by recurrent rhinitis,pharyngitis,tonsillitis(upper respiratory tract infection)or tracheobronchitis,pneumonia(lower respiratory tract infection)in clinic.The name of this disease is not found in ancient Chinese medical books.However,according to its clinical manifestations,the doctors of past generations attributes this disease to“weak constitution leading to cold”,“cough”,“pneumonia with cough”,and“spontaneous sweating and susceptibility”.Prof.Jia Liujin is the first national famous Chinese medicine doctor and the national old Chinese medicine experts academic experience inheritance work instructor.Prof.Jia Liujin has studied pediatric medicine for 60 years and has rich experience.He is good at treating all kinds of diseases in children,especially for the prevention and treatment of RRTI in children.Prof.Jia Liujin believes that lung-Qi and spleen-Qi deficiency is the internal basis of RRTI and the weakness of defensive-Qi is the key to the disease.On the basis of lung-Qi and spleen-Qi deficiency and weakness of defensive-Qi,the syndromes of mingled with heat,phlegm and stagnation are often seen in clinic.Deficiency and excess are intermingled and may be a reciprocal causation.Prof.Jia Liujin believes that the early prevention of the disease is the key to prevent recurrence of the disease.In clinical practice,prevention and treatment are combined to create Fanggan Decoction,which can not only prevent the recurrence of the disease,but also improve the constitution of susceptible children and enhance immunity.
