摘要
从中医药学的特点入手,对老中医药专家学术经验继承工作的科学性进行剖析,认为中医药人才成长规律有一定特殊性,师承教育作为中医药教育的重要方式逐渐趋于成熟,且师承教育与院校教育的有机结合可以取长补短,相互促进,对于传承老中医药专家学术经验及中医人才培养有重要意义。
Starting from the characteristics of Chinese medicine,the paper analyzes the scientificity of inheriting old Chinese medicine experts'academic experience,the growth of TCM talents has certain special rule,master-disciple teaching as the key approach of TCM education gradually mature,the organic combination of master-disciple teaching and institutional education could complement each other's strengths and reinforce each other's weaknesses,and it is of great significance for the inheritance of old Chinese medicine experts'academic experience and the cultivation of TCM talents.
