摘要 中药黄芪在临床上应用广泛,素有“十方八芪”之说。然而黄芪在种植采收、加工过程中其非药用部位以及在制药、保健品行业生产过程中产生的药渣大多被随意丢弃或简单地转化利用,造成了资源的浪费。中药废弃物资源丰富,再利用价值具有发展前景,在减少环境污染的基础上能够带来一定的经济效益。本综述通过查阅文献,对黄芪非药用部位及药渣的化学成分、药理作用以及应用研究方面作以总结,阐述黄芪废弃物的医疗和经济价值,为黄芪废弃物的综合利用提供参考。 As a traditional Chinese medicine,Astragali Radix is widely used in clinical practice,and it is known as the"where there are ten prescriptions where there are eight prescriptions use astragalus".However,most of the non-medicinal parts of Astragalus during planting,harvesting and processing,as well as the dregs produced in the production process of the pharmaceutical and health care products industry,are mostly discarded or simply converted and used,resulting in a waste of resources.Traditional Chinese medicine waste is rich in resources,and its reuse value has development prospects.It will bring certain economic benefits on the basis of reducing environmental pollution.This review summarizes the chemical components,pharmacological effects and applied research aspects of non-medicinal parts of Astragalus medicinal and medicinal residues,expounds the medical and economic value of Astragalus wastes,and provides references for the comprehensive utilization of Astragalus wastes.
